Coworking has increased dramatically and spaces and hubs have sprung up across Australia.  These spaces cater for a wide range of users from start-up entrepreneurs and smaller companies to new market entrants, fly-in-fly out professionals to more established entrepreneurs, companies and larger corporates.  Coworking is now an integral part of Australia's startup ecosystem.  A recent report by Startup Muster found that 72% of startups across Australia use coworking.

Coworking spaces have been established in both central business districts (CBD), city fringe, metropolitan and regional areas across Australia with new spaces appearing every month.

Annual memberships range from around $400 per month up to $2,000 per month for unlimited annual access. Cheaper memberships may be available for either longer-term memberships or restricted access/usage.

A number international coworking operators and traditional serviced office providers such as Servcorp now  provide co-working facilities to cater for growing demand.
